Most hiring sites lean on photos of people to feel human. HireHarbour didn't want that - so illustration and animation had to do the job instead. Working on this at Vovi Studio, I built a custom illustration system and Lottie animations to carry warmth and personality throughout the site, while using motion to keep the (fairly copy-heavy) experience feeling light and easy to move through.
